HuiCong International Chem-Consulting Center has served more than 300 customers

※ In November 1999, we investigated
and studied the market situations of several nanometer materials for an investment company
in North China.
※ In May 2000, according to local
resources and the market situation, we recommended an investment plan of a series of
biochemical products that use corn as raw material for a small oil refinery in North
China, in order to draw up their strategic planning of changing the line of production.
※ In August 2000, we investigated
and studied the market situation and technical route of Hydrogen peroxide for a chemical
corporation in the Central Plains, and put forward investment suggestions.
※ In October 2000, we investigated
and studied α-alkene projects for a petro-chemical corporation in Northeast China, and
promoted a development scheme for α-alkene products with different carbon numbers.
※ In December 2000, we investigated
and studied a project of the Super Absorption Plastic (SAP) for a chemical company in East
China, and introduced foreign technology.
※ In February 2001, we investigated
and studied the project of L-lactic acid for a chemical company in East China, and
introduced foreign technology.
※ In May 2001, we investigated and
studied the Polyethylene Naphthalene (PEN) project for a chemical company in Southwest
China, and did investment appraisal for the 10,000-ton/year PEN project that uses
naphthalene and methanol as raw materials.
※ In July 2001, we investigated and
studied the Tetrahydrofuran (THF) and Poly-Tetrahydrofuran (PTMEG) projects for a chemical
corporation in Northeast China, and assessed its technical level of Tetrahydrofuran
production using furfural as raw material.
※ In October 2001, we assessed and
estimated the project of 10,000t/a benzene fixed-bed oxycatalytic Maleic anhydride
project.
※ In February 2002, we investigated
and studied the market situations of domestic producers, dealers and users of tint
petroleum resin for a chemical company in Northwest China.
※ In April 2002, we made C4
downstream production development project for a petro-chemical corporation in Northeast
China.
※ In May 2002, we investigated and
studied the market situations of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Low Density
Polyethylene (LDPE), Poly Propylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC),
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) in mainland China for a foreign Petro-chemical company,
specially focused on the import information such as quantity, value, price, origin,
shipment, importers and tariff.
※ In July 2002, we forecasted China
mainland's demand and net import volume of crude oil before 2030 for a foreign petrol
enterprise.
※ In December 2002, we made
development layout for a refined chemical industrial area in Intermongolia，and attracted
investment and capital.
※ In February 2003, we assessed and
estimated the project of exploiture crop stalk for a chemical company in East China, and
investigated the background of our clients'partners.
※ In April 2003, we investigated the
market situation and sale plan of the corn fermentation project for a high technology
company in Southwest China.

main competitors'management policy and investment manage activities in China for a foreign
